Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films are attached, and include the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
