From the Plèi collection and made entirely from upcycled leather offcuts, the “Tul” flower can be recognized by its airy shape. Its two-toned leather petals are made using special molds. The point where the two leather-covered stems come together is enveloped in a long ribbed leaf, held in place by delicate hand-sewn stitches. This flower can be displayed in a bud vase, with other leather flowers, or in a bouquet of dried flowers. The name “Tul” is a play on the word “tulle”, echoing the wispy effect of the collection of fringe-like petals.
